The Daily Lightwave

Today's #dailylightwave reminds that inspiration is a crucial nutrient for the soul. Don't ever believe cultivating it is silly, selfish, or unnecessary. Starting now, take a stand for your right to live an inspired life.

What if an inspired YOU is your greatest and most selfless offering to the planet? That would mean keeping yourself inspired is a primary act of devotion that must be prioritized.

The Daily Lightwave

Sometimes when I stop and imagine what's possible outside the current paradigm (predominate model of how things are seen), I feel like I need to leap out of my body and shout to the rooftops. It's like everything is too small for this new vision. That's why I call my offerings "Lightwave," which comes from Albert Einstein's musing of what the world would look like if he could ride along side a wave traveling at the speed of light. He knew that this would give him an entirely new perspective. In the even bigger picture, the speed of light is one paradigm of many other paradigms. And the really cool thing is that they're all available to each one of us right NOW via expanded consciousness. Too often, we forget this and focus on trying to move the pieces around under the current model ~ an arduous process that limits our options and ultimately our progress. It can be very simple. Even just entertaining the idea of an entirely new realm, can open a mental door to something truly original. Why not give it a try today? It's a practice.

Real progress always involves a paradigm shift.

The Daily Lightwave

In the five-sense realm mental and physical are inseparable. Every thought has a manifestation but because so much of it is unconscious it's easy to forget this. The mental energy or vibration of fear actually comes before what we think makes us afraid. As I learn to practice mindfulness, I realize that fear is like a white noise woven into the fabric of the survival mind - so native that if I'm not alert, I don't see it until it's reflected back in some circumstance. I then assume the phenomenon triggered the fear but it's really the other way around. Learning to see fear for what it is and subdue it, is one of the most important stages in the evolution and emancipation of human consciousness. Fear is like that awkward, clumsy man running the wizard machine in Oz. When the curtain is pulled back, it loses it's power to intimidate and control.

Learn to recognize fear mentally and subdue it, before it has a chance to manifest visibly as something you're afraid of.

The Daily Lightwave

Today's #dailylightwave is a reminder of intention's boundary breaking power. And it's Monday so why not set some audacious intentions this week? Audacious intentions are the ones that lie beyond what you believe is possible.

Expansion occurs by setting intentions you know in your present state of awareness you cannot possibly fulfill and then you fulfill them any way.

The Daily Lightwave

The Daily Lightwave #dailylightwave

The power of praise is in the vein of gratitude and multiplies exponentially when practiced. Today try redirecting every judgement to a declaration of praise instead. If it helps remind yourself you're not giving up the judgment, you're just choosing to channel your attention towards something praiseworthy in that moment.  Especially with those situations or people you've pretty much written off as hopeless, never going to change, couldn't love them in a million years. Try finding one tiny thing you can praise about them. I know what one of my praise challenges is. Oh boy. Let's do it though and see what happens. I'm excited!

For just one day, reign in your judgements and unleash your praise. There's no telling what might happen.

If you're afraid to be fully expressed, remember the world needs you to be. Sometimes unselfing the desire is exactly what pushes us beyond our fear threshold. Your brothers and sisters around the globe (including me) need your unique brand of bravery! I know this with all my heart.

By design, the fullest, most fulfilling expression of me is also the greatest service to mankind.  Smart Universe.

The Daily Lightwave

Today's #dailylightwave is something I experience on a daily basis. I love to look for the healing that's taking place outside of the medical-industrial complex, and there's a lot of it! What I find as a common denominator, is that the people healing or being healed all recognize a divine, non-human influence. And many of these are cures of things that traditional medicine still sees as incurable ~ terminal cancer, diabetes, inoperable tumors, and the like. I like to keep my consciousness open to the idea that healing is ALWAYS possible. Though I draw from multiple sources for inspiration and spiritual study, the 2 books that continue to strengthen me most as a healer are the bible - both old and new testaments, and a book called Science and Health (by Mary Baker Eddy). I know the bible gets a bad rap because of the dogmatic way it's been handed down, but when looked at through a more spiritual lens, it really is a book about overcoming physical limitation, and the redemption of mankind. As I get past the thees and thous, begats, and bloodshed, I see it really is a text about healing and transcending. From the start, there are experiences of great importance for modern day mankind. It's really not a book about a particular race, but about humanity as a whole. It's interesting that health comes from an Old English word that means wholeness. It's one thing to fix isolated body parts, but it's another thing entirely to recognize our wholeness and connectedness in a way that transforms our bodies. I derive strength and confidence from the experiences of people like John of God (medical intuitive in Brazil), Anita Moorjani (complete recovery from terminal cancer), Wayne Dyer (healed of leukemia), Eben Alexander (full recovery from 7 day coma), and the record of healing recorded through the Christian Science Publishing Society for the past 150 years and counting. In all of these instances, there is a recognition of humanity's direct connection with something beyond the human, something divine. This divine power is embracing us. In my experience, when I embrace it, allow my consciousness to connect with and embody divine power, healing is inevitable.

Human consciousness awake to divine power and convinced of it is the most powerful healer.
