Today's #dailylightwave describes a calibration of the mind that transcends brain level thinking. Once found it's easier to return to, but practice is key and abiding there is even better. In my experience I feel it viscerally and my whole physiology shifts. Outward conditions & circumstances conform obediently to this inward knowing. Nothing airy fairy here. Nope. This is powerful, tangible stuff!
