We can't submit to the idea that we don't matter or don't have the power or resources to effect positive change in the world. We have so many examples that tell us otherwise ~ Jesus, Buddha, Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Mother Teresa ~ to name only a few. The truth is that every thought and action counts and has a ripple effect for transformation. Be hopeful, strong, and courageous as you move through your day, remembering every choice you make matters. YOU matter.
