SATISFACTION is a mental quality that exists regardless of outside circumstances, not because of them.
Today's message pretty much sums up all the ethical principles from all teachings. It's one that's overlooked in our culture which is constantly reinforcing the idea that satisfaction comes from externals.
Pictured is one of my favorite ways to do cobblers pose (baddha konasana). Place a block or two depending on your flexibility, on your feet and allow your forehead to rest on it. Very soothing and calming.
