The Daily Lightwave

Today's #dailylightwave is not simplistic or trite. It is a powerful game changer for the mind and body. In our present five-sense fixation, breath is a tangible and potent inroads to those inextricably linked partners called thought and physiology. Noticing our predominant breathing patterns gives insight to where there's fear or freedom. The ability to harness, guide, and shift our breathing patterns effects transformation from the inside out. So we can really think of breath as a 24/7 connection to our very own personal psychiatrist and physician (operators standing by ~ haha). Never underestimate the power of even one conscious breath. But don't take my word for it, life is your laboratory, so try it and see what happens. Change your breath, change your life.
